If I broke my diet in a HUGE way today? I ate good until lunch where I ate a lot of pizza, asian noodles, fried rice, and some other stuff. ONE DAY wont kill me right?

Hi Sebas

Best thing is to carry on with P90x and use that blowout to fire you and inspire you on with the program.

Worst thing you can do is quit now or to have another blowout to comfort you after having that last blowout.

Look in the mirror, take a deep breath, give yourself a cheeky slap, and get on with the rest of P90x

well, as you know through p90x, change doesn't happen in one day. everyone has bad days, the important thing is not to let it demoralize you into quitting, thinking you can't handle it. it was one day. shrug, say "oh well" and move on! just like anything else, dwelling on the past won't help you deal with the future! see it for what it was - a misstep. nothing more, nothing less. it's not about whether or not you fall off the horse, because everyone does. it's about getting back up again.

good luck!
