I started this program weighing 152 pounds and being 6ft tall. I started by jumping straight to phase 2 nutrition cause shredding fat from my body wasn't necessary for my body type. I did the phase 2 nutrition for two weeks and i went from 152 pounds to 146, which is too lean for me. My goal is to be in the mid 150s and low 160 range when being ripped. Is it okay if i do phase 3 for two months instead of one for my goal...it seems fine with me but it says that phase 3 you have to really earn it and the second phase of the workout will be new for me so i dont know if its recommended.

Dude, if I were as skinny as you I wouldn't even worry about the nutrition plan. When I was in high school I was about the same weight as you and I ate fast food, candy, drank soda..the works, yet I was still really fit. You don't need to be on a diet, you need lots of food high in protein to feed your muscles during this intense workout schedule. Don't sweat the diet. That's my opinion anyway.
