I'm a vegetarian and can't follow the guide. Has anyone come up with a non-meat solution?

im pretty sure tony eats little to no meat ,so im sure the meal plan can be adjusted to a vegetarian lifesyle. just need to include lots of high protein vegetarian options, which I will let someone else chime in on, as i cannot imagine being vegetarian:)

One of the P90X newsletters had a story about P90X for Vegans. I would think you could use that as a guide and even have some additional options available as a vegetarian (like dairy).

best thing i can give you is food info......eat this until you make your mind up 3egg white omelete,a few slices of turkey bacon, lunch ....go buy you some tyson grilled chicken strips and some low carb warps eat.....dinner have grilled chicken breast or fish......wild rice and veggies.........you will want to get a protien powder also....peace watch the lbs fall off..
