I am going to restart P90X soon. The last time I did it I did not follow the nutrition plan properly and found it hard to finish the workouts. I am a poor college student so my eating habits can get a little erratic from almost nothing to lots of unhealthy choices. I was wondering if I could get some suggestions on what to eat for phases I-III. I also heard that I should add Whey Protein into my diet why is that? What is the best Whey Protein ?

I need all the help I can get I am not good at watching what I eat but wanna work hard to fix that.

If you are living off campus and have a kitchen this shouldn't be that hard, Living on campus and having to eat in the cafe or fast food makes things more challenging but not impossible. Look in nutrition guide look at what you can eat and try to eat those things. Eat less but more often. At least 5 times a day. And try to eat as clean as you can. Tuna and eggs are cheap, fresh fruit & vegetables are not expensive Cut out soda and alcohol and get enough sleep.

Since you've already started the program you know it's not easy. Doing the workouts are only a small portion of the program perseverance and self-control is what really makes it work.
