hey everybody i went o GNC and got Ajinomoto Endurance Amino Acid Recovery & Energy drink. It doesnt have the protein that P90X has and Creatine, but it does have 2400mg Amino Acids in total.

does anybody knows what i should look at in recovery drink. is it a good on??? here is the info on it..
