I don't know if there is a post about this but i'm going to put it out there anyways. Nature Made is my favorite brand and I love their liquid capsules. Liquid is more easily absorbed by the body. And it's not expensive like other brands.

This is a link for a completely free 14 day sample. It takes about 2 weeks to receive it. Well that is how long it took me to get mine. Or you can find it at most drug stores. I get mine at walgreens.
