Are there examples of foods to eat or not in the nutrition book? I mean, we got out of shape by NOT knowing about nutrition in the first place right?

Yes, there are.

The booklet takes you three phases. Phase I is designed to help strip fat, Phase II is a transition phase toward muscle development, and Phase III is designed for long-term maintenance and endurance.

You can choose which phase to stay in and for how long. There's even a restaurant section that allows you to make some healthy choices when you eat out.

It's very helpful!
