We all know how important egg whites are for the protein requirements. I have never used just the whites, except to bake with.
The link below may be useful. You can buy 5 doz. egg pkgs. at "WinCo" & they are very inexpensive. Yes, that is a bunch, but I use 10 eggs whites at a time. Buying a doz. or 18 pkg. @ the store is pricey & a pain in the rear.
I did not know you could store fresh egg whites. I do a bunch up & save in a container w/ tight seal. Keep in frige ready to go. Cheaper than the carton from the store & I know these are fresh.
