Everyone is different and if you feel sluggish from eating late at night, then I wouldn't eat late at night either. I just wanted to post it for those who think anything consumed after a certain time of day is automatically turned to fat.

If you dont eat at night your body goes into starvation during the night and you start eating your muscles. That is why alot of muscular people wake up during the night to have a shake.
The human body doesnt really know what time of the day it is. for instance people who work evenings or nights have to eat at night. But i will agree keep carbs low as you dont need so much carbs when you are not active. |
