Dying to eat an ice cream cone - HELP! 2 years, 7 months ago #20039

I discovered them today. There are twelve of them in the fridge. And after having a 'nutritious' vegetable+rice meal, I'm getting the urge.. My sweet tooth's killing me.

Is it ok if I stray from the diet a bit?

The point of the nutrition plan isn't to torture you. I keep low-fat yogurt ice cream in the fridge for when I need something. Just check the nutrition label. If it looks like too much, try to find something you can eat without blowing the plan out of the water.
