Hi -
I am 35 Male 6'2'' 220 lbs 22.5% BF. Here is a sample ay of my current diet: Breakfast ½ cup Quaker whole grain oats\ 8 oz skim milk ½ oz raisins 1 scoop EAS Protein Snack1 P90x Protein Bar P90X Recovery Drink Lunch 6 oz lean chicken breast Frozen vegetable mix Snack 2 6 triscuit crackers 1 oz low fat cheese Dinner 6oz lean chicken breast ½ small baked potatoes ½ oz low fat cheese ½ cup fresh blueberries 1919 calories - 40.14% Protein 38.71% Carbs 21.15% Fats Thoughts??? |

I also liked (during my phase 1) reducing the fats more than the nutrition guide (I had some fat stored anyway.. lol) Eyeballing my diet for phase 1 was probably 55% prot / 30% Carbs / 15% Fat (some day there was no REAL fat intake) Whereas the nutrition guide says 50/30/20 my 2 cents |
