I am so mad at myself! I took my first cheat meal in 25 days. I was on track doing my regular diet, staying in my ratios and calories. But then my brother brings a large pizza for dinner. And damn it looked so tempting! So i grabbed 3 slices. I inputed the slices onto fitday.com and my ratios went from 50/30/20 to 37/40/23. But the kind of upside to this is. On weekends i push in the cardio x dvd in the morning and the regular routine dvd at sundown for both saturday and friday. My brother is a really ripped and bulky. So i take advice from him. He says its ok once in a while, but dont make it a habit, and he also said not to think of it as a way out of nutrition. It was his cheat meal today too. And i have also read tony saying that 90% of the time he sticks to nutrition and 10 % of the time on whatever the hell he wants. So i went for it today, but i gotta do a bit extra cardio now and there and stay true to my diet. I am still disappointed at myself though!!!

One cheat meal in 25 days is pretty good. Just get back on track, and keep up the good work. Don't beat yourself up over one meal man.

thanks blakjak, but i might do 1 extra cardio dvd and burn half of the fats off at least

Dont beat yourself up over it. 25 days without cheating is impressive. I cheat at least twice a month usually with a steak. I had pizza today too though haha first time since Janurary. It was so good and worth it I added the extra cardio too.

oh goodie, but i do extra cardio on both weekends for no reason! Tony says you can use it as supplement to get excellent results.

I wouldn't really consider a steak cheating. A filet is actually pretty healthy for you, as long as you are only doing 6 or 8 oz. That is on my weekly rotation.
