I can't really help you with the nutrition...just wanted to say that I saw your before and afters and that's awesome. Do you mind my asking what you ate in the 30 days?? I'm only 4 days in and i've just been eating a healthy high protein diet. I eat 5 times a day but don't have time to follow the meal plan to a "T".

I would say that you are not eating enough... I would add more solid foods to each of your meals. I llok at it as not a diet but as eating health for the rest of my life. I think that what you have listed (for me) would be hard to stay on for much more that 90 days. Here are the changes I recommend:

Breakfast
light english muffin with butter and sugar free jam = 190
on I would also add a few egg whites

non caridio days = protein drink 220 cal 25grms of protein
snak
fruit =100cal

lunch
protein drink and fruit, vitamin water (Try to eat sold food on some of the days - maybe 4 oz chicken + salad)

350cal
snak
fruit 100cal
light popcorn 100 cal

dinner
leancuisin steamers tv dinner= varies 250 to 320 cals, 12 to 19 grms of protein (These dinners have lots of fillers and are not that great for you even though they are low in cals. Tyr to eat something fresh like 4 oz of fresh fish or chicken + salad and mayby 1/2 cup of whole grain rice

post workout drink
220 cal 25grms of protein

i've been eating what i put up there, only difference is that for lunch I was having a 6" subway club no mayo no cheese for lunch, and I was not taking any protein supplements, I just started that last week, I'll see what I look like on my 60 pics... day 4 huh.. keep pressing play it gets a little easier. Post your 30's seeing others progress keeps me going.
