no clue, sorry.

I mean I believe it would be better to eat the actual vegetables than the canned veggies, and actual vegetables are better than V8.

But if he really hates em, just get the Light/Diet V8 and just have em suck it down, all he has to do is chug 2 cups worth 2x a day.

There's nothing wrong with canned veggies. Just make sure you don't get ones with tons of sodium added. They have a big tendency to add tons of sodium when canning to "Preserve the Fresh Color". There's some "No Salt Added" ones out that you can get that are pretty much just shelf stable veggies.

Like mjb was saying, is he really can't eat veggies then get the V8 stuff and just find a flavor he likes. In the end though nothing beats real vegetables. They're a major source of fiber that not only helps keep you regular but it helps lower cholesterol and helps you lose weight.

There's literally thousands of ways to prepare veggies in ways that even the pickiest eater would enjoy them. The only trick is getting people to try them and experimenting until you find something that works. My wife hates most raw veggies but all I have to do is steam or boil them and she loves them.

Try to get your husband to eat some veggies with each meal for about 6-8 weeks his taste buds should shift a little and there's a good chance he'll actually start to like them.

I'm not a Doctor, Nutritionist, or Medical Professional of any sort...but I did stay at a Holiday Inn last night.
