it says in the guide no processed meat but is meat that u buy at the counter in the deli section considered processed?

Deli meat is HIGHLY processed. They basically liquefy the meat, shape it into balls and slice it up. I'm not sure if it's exactly unhealthy, but it's not natural. If you want a healthier way to have sandwich meat, try cooking chicken or turkey breasts and slice them up.
