we have a minute maid frozen orange juice wondering if we can drink it. it says on it 100% from concentrate.

The issue with orange juice is that it is loaded with mega sugar and will tilt your blood sugar levels...essentially negating your diet plan. I personally would stay away from fruit juices as much as possible.
