What does everyone think about the suitability of VitaminWater 10 while on the program? It doesn't appear to have any aspartame, or other artificial sweeteners. Obviously plain water is better, but for a change of pace sometimes, does VitaminWater 10 get a thumbs-up, or thumbs-down?

You should be getting plenty of vitamins elsewhere and I prefer what little sugar I can eat in other things. My vote thumbs down

Better than soda, water's better. If you need something with flavor it's not a bad choice. Are those 10 cal per bottle or serving? Most 20 oz bottles are 2 1/2 services so it may be a 25 cal bottle. Not alot but every bit adds up if you're counting them that closely.

If you can't drink lots of plain water though then the goal's just to find the healthiest alternative and I think the VitaminWater is one of the healthier ones.
