I hope to see some great posts from people with their daily logs, trials and tribulations of the insanity workout!

This is one workout I am seriously considering, just have not yet.

woohoo! thanks. I'm planning on starting this upcoming Monday, Aug 24th!

done power 90, and 2 rounds of p90x already, so this should be great!

You are waaaaaay ahead of me, I am just on round two of p90x. Really looking forward to see what you have to say about insanity as it is on my radar to do next.

sweet! it's an awesome workout with really great music. i had to stop due to a recurring back injury...but i'm going to get back to it one day!!!
