I hope I lose the weight...I have back issues but not to the point where they'd make me unable to do the program. I really don't have much fat to shed since I have a ton of muscle. I did the Fit Test this morning and yeah it was hard but I'm excited for tomorrow as well! Thanks for the encouragement guys, means a lot to me.

I have completed day 1 and day 2 of the program so far, which doesn't seem like much but the way my body feels is literally like I just completed a 2 week intense hockey camp. I never thought that ONE workout program would make me feel this way. But I have to say, as hard as it is I still want to keep going. I was 192 lbs. when I started and I'm already down to 189. The water intake helps and as much as I am in pain, I'm ready to kill myself again tomorrow and keep kickin' ass!

Hey guys it seems like everything is going good. Started at 212 and now 208. Feeling good, but my diet is not going good. My wife bought me two new pairs of running shoes for fathers day and I am going on a run this morning.Today is pure Cardio and a 2 mile run. i will tell you how I feel tommorow.

what's going on with your diet? i'll tell ya...the diet part is actually harder for me. i've struggled with food addiction and never forced myself to break that bad habit. now that i'm in day 3...haven't cheated and drank 3 liters of water yesterday and if you wanna curb an apetite...drink LOTS of water and it will hydrate you too! stay strong...don't give up!!
