Today was good day,I caught up with school work, ate healthy and also caught up with insanity. My favorite part of the day was drinking my mixed berry shake after cardio circuit. One scoope berry protein,1.5cups of soy milk,1cup of mixed frozen berries and a banana..
1PM; Cardio circuit
10PM; Pure Cardio, However I replaced Cardio abs with Ab Ripper-x Plus. I find it more efficient and harder than Cardio Abs. Tomorrow is Cardio Recovery and I will also do some power training,cardio recovery should be a good warmup.
I found my Pictures from 204 Pounds and also some from when i was 240, in case anyone wants to see how losing 70 pounds looks like.

Insanity Cardio Recovery. Pretty easy stretch routine, i was still sweating like crazy after it was over. RIght away after i jumped into some weight training.
Workout B1.
Narrow grip Power Snatch 4 sets X5
Single Leg Deadlift 4 sets X10
T-Bar Row 4sets X 10
Single Arm Pulldown 4 setsX 10
I am confident I will reach 170 By Halloween..15 more days 2 more pounds to go.

Update: last friday I reached 173!!! Nice...Now today i took it off but im still behind. Yesterday i did Cardio Power and resistance. Today i took a day off. Im studying like crazy for two midterms for 2 ArtH courses..Tomorrow i will doouble up. AM workout will be Plyometric Cardio circuit. while the Pm workout will be Pure cardio and Cardio Abs..Most likely I will replace cardio abs with Ab ripper X plus.its more intense...and Beat LA!!!

Today was a good day, I studied alot and got other things done. I am still a day behind, however today i did Plyometric cardio Circuit an hour ago. My endurance has increased tremendously since day 1. I feel like I am missing something when I complete the Videos, i want more every time. Tomorrow will be double day and so will wednesday, Tomorrow I turn 24 years old..i wont be drinking or eating cake. I will wait until thursday night..Sorry I have been lagging on the pictures, Wednesday will be the day...
Today was Week 4 Day 1.

Yesterday, was a good Day, I did great on my midterm and class was cancelled for thursday. One day behind still. Yesterday i did Pure cardio and replaced cardio abs, with Ab ripper-x plus.
I got Progress pictures from today,not much noticeable change in the picture, but I definately feel the change, i noticed the most difference in my upper body, especially chest Area.. As you can see the fat is my stomach Area..I have to go over my diet I have not been eating that healthy,,,Guilty as charged.
Im about to do cardio power and resistance then at night plyometric cardio curuit, to catch up..thanks

Hello, yesterday i Doubled UP.
AM:Cardio power and Resistance
PM:Cardio Recovery+ A2 workout, Cleans,Back Lunges,Incline bench Press,Alternating Dumbell Press
As you can see I moved Cardio Recovery to today, Tomorrow I will do Plyometric Cardio Circuit. Saturday;s Plyo. Circtuit will be moved to Sunday Night.
I ater much better today, I will do my best to keep it up
Egg sanwhic, protein shakem, salad and some snack...
I still about the same since I started, but i definately feel different. I notcied the most change in my chest, my man breast are disappering slowly. and i can see my ribs when i flex. I finally figured out that weight is just a number..the number stays the same but, i look alot different...

Im still here took a couple od days off. Tomoroow will be Pure Cardio and ab ripper x plus,replacing cardio abs..then will cath up monday...monday also starts recovery week core carido and balance..
My man boobs are going away and I notice upper abdominal definition..cant wait for the next 5 weeeks!!!

As stated yesterday I am a day behind. Today I went Ahead and did Pure Cardio. Tomorrow starts the recovery week. The name of the workout is called Core Cardio and Bala.ce, its a40 minute video and should be done Monday-Saturday. Will double up this week and do additional weight routines, throw in Plyo Circuit since i missed it Friday. Core Cardio and Balance looks easy, but i cant wait for what lays Ahead for phase 2. My diet has not been good since I started insanity, i have made progress but not what i wanted i blame it on my diet and Happy Hour  on thursday with the Brah's. Im going to quit Alcohol after Halloween and clean up my diet for the second phase, starting tomorrow...Keep at it, thanks for reading.

Insanity recovery week!!
Core cardio and balance
Its a very easy workout it is way better tan cardio recovery, I have to do it 5 more times then the last part begins. I cleaned up my diet today, I begun by eating delicious oatmeal with fresh strawberries and lots of water...see you tomorrow.

Good job man! You can totally see results in your pics and your stats. I think you're doing the right thing with the diet -- at some point, and it looks like you're close, that last bit of fat is going to be a mostly-diet thing. I am having the same issue myself and am making the same change.

Monday I was suppose to start phase 2 after recovery week. Howver I ended up missing it..This week ill work out but do something different..Ill start phase 2 Next Monday...Man boobs are defientely disapperaing and during halloweeen weekend people kept telling that have been looking better every month..i dont really notice the change that much.,but thats how it works.. right??

Hello, sports fans....Damn its getting cold and holiday music is playing everywhere.....Today I start Phase 2, or month2... a week late..buts its ok i have been busy...Today was also my third fitness test..I did not perform as well as i wanted too. My quads are still sore from squats from 2 days ago and the condition in my garage are extremely cold..i had a hard time breathing but i pulled trough..I increased In some exercies an decreased in others.. I also purchased a body vision power tower it was only $130 after taxes...Pullups, Dips, legs raises and pushups..P90X round 2 coming up after insanity..

Hello, I been behind the last 2 weeks, its O.K Today I am with a fresh New. Today I finally Start Phase 2, Tonight will be Max Interval Circuit. I am Currenyl 172 pouds..Almost the -70 Pounds lost since i started working out..My goal is 160-165 by the end of Insanity..More Good News today I also started Round 2 of P90x, yes I will be doubleing up 2 programs the next 5 weeks..I can do it!!!Today was Chest and Back..My numbers have increased Tremendously since the First time and this time I am not taking Nano-vapor nor any pre workout energy supplemt.My firts round at p90x i was 204 pounds, Now round two first day I am 172!.. I will also be supplemting a protein shake after the weight workouts. I actually used the pullup bar today, not only the bands , Doing pullups for the first time without assistant felt Awesome..
Cliffs  90x In the AM, Insanity in the PM...Current Weight 172!
Today was Chest and BACk and ARX

Damn, Last nights Max Interval Circuit was pretty toughh. I enjoyed the warmup more than the first phase warmpup. The only part where I struggled was with the full body, exercises. I struggled in the side to side pushups and pushup jacks, due to p90x chest and back earlier in the morning..Since im doing Phase 2 of insanity and p90x im skippping p90x plyometrics, since insanity is mostly plyo..Im so sore today, but I love the feeling of progress..
being average is your enemy.....go get it..
