Hello everyone.
I'm not really sure how this whole thing works since I just found this website.
It's pretty cool in my opinion.

I've been doing HHA for about two weeks now and am currently following the thirty day plan.
I just have difficulties doing the ab sculpt.

Does anybody else feel discomfort while doing that particular workout?

I'm a 15 year old girl who has struggled with losing weight since she was 8.
When I was 10, I remember being 4'1 weighing 210 pounds.
As the years went by and I included more physical activity into my life, I noticed my weight was dropping. Of course it could have been the fact that I grew almost a foot and 3 inches taller.

I was 13 weighing 175 and that's when my aunt introduced me to a meal replacement program called Isagenix.
With Isagenix's cleansing program I was able to lose 45 pounds and keep at a weight of 135lbs for a year.

Some how two years later not only have I grown 2 inches but also have gained 35 pounds.
Before Hip hop abs I weight 171.
It's been my tenth workout so far and I am currently 159-161. I'm excited because not only do I want to eat healthier and exercise as a part of my daily routine, but am also hoping that one day i can teach others how to live a healthy/healthier life style.

I walk 3 miles everday and hope that, this will also contribute to the weight loss.
I feel better when I work out but there are some days where I feel like giving up on everything.
I've also done turbo jam.

I'm glad I found this forum and thank you to all who read.

I've been reading the other forums so I will also put my measurements on here for those who want to know.

I am 5'6
weight: 161
waist: 36
chest: 39
hips: 38
arm (r)12
arm (l)12.25
thigh(r)24
thigh(l)23.75

In four weeks I will post my new measurements
Hopefully smaller than these.

Hey girl welcome aboard! I have had the Hip hop abs since april 29th but didnt start committing to doing it until July and I did one month straight and messed it up a bit I am finishing my week one of the 4 week program I took my rest day yesterday and did my day 4 today so sunday i will not be taking a rest day on sunday. I know when you stay consistent it shows I feel it and see it. I know its just melting.

Ab sculpt the first few times was discomforting when they start the flava and you have to go up and down (walking with your knees up) then up high that I do in one spot and concentrate on feeling it rather than messing up trying to go up and down and go that speed. Also I practice the stuff on the floor and do it slower to do it right.

I dont know if you read my journey I was the first to start on this because I did not want to pay for the web access I wanted support here.

keep up the posting I stated it mine I need some support here maybe the 3 of us could start a "challenge" to motivate us.

That sounds amazing. It's great that you were able to go for one month.
I haven't done that yet but I'm going to try.
Your idea sounds great and I hope you succeed even further.

in week 2 when your doing 2 work outs in one day do you do them together? I usually do one in morning one at night but I dont know if they are supposed to be done together. What day do you weigh in? I do mondays. I was thinking we can do like 1 point for every work out 1 for eating on plan and 1 for drinking atleast 64 oz of water. and our goals are to get all the points for the week I am just finishing up week 1 I start week 2 monday.

Welcome aboard. I am new to hip hop abs and have not started out on the right track. I am hoping to do better though. I am 38 years old and I work 8 hours a day, take and pick baby up from daycare everyday, and fight Atlanta traffic to get home in the evening....so me fitting in workout in is very hard but important to me. I think I am going to try working out early morning next week to see if this works better.
