Hello everyone.
I'm not really sure how this whole thing works since I just found this website.
It's pretty cool in my opinion.
I've been doing HHA for about two weeks now and am currently following the thirty day plan.
I just have difficulties doing the ab sculpt.
Does anybody else feel discomfort while doing that particular workout?
I'm a 15 year old girl who has struggled with losing weight since she was 8.
When I was 10, I remember being 4'1 weighing 210 pounds.
As the years went by and I included more physical activity into my life, I noticed my weight was dropping. Of course it could have been the fact that I grew almost a foot and 3 inches taller.

I was 13 weighing 175 and that's when my aunt introduced me to a meal replacement program called Isagenix.
With Isagenix's cleansing program I was able to lose 45 pounds and keep at a weight of 135lbs for a year.
Some how two years later not only have I grown 2 inches but also have gained 35 pounds.
Before Hip hop abs I weight 171.
It's been my tenth workout so far and I am currently 159-161. I'm excited because not only do I want to eat healthier and exercise as a part of my daily routine, but am also hoping that one day i can teach others how to live a healthy/healthier life style.
I walk 3 miles everday and hope that, this will also contribute to the weight loss.
I feel better when I work out but there are some days where I feel like giving up on everything.
I've also done turbo jam.
I'm glad I found this forum and thank you to all who read.
