Enjoying to keep fit 9 Months, 2 Weeks ago Karma: 0
Recently, someone invited me to go bicycling. I naturally say Yes. After then, not only did I enjoy the company but was having fun time keeping fit.

Who says keeping fit is such a tiresome activity? Keep fit by enjoying your activity. How about you, how do you enjoy keeping fit?

I always enjoy working out and staying in shape. Not only it fills our time doing something useful but the health benefit that we enjoy later part is the most exciting thing that we can achieve.

Yes, I believe aerobic is the best to help us enjoy and stay fit at the same time. This is the same sentiment shared by all my friends.

Markus,

It's not really which one is better than the other. it's what works best for you. In my case, its jogging. Some people will prefer cycling, but give both a try. You can always just rent a cycle for a while of find a friend who will loan you one.

Just a warning tho, if you get hooked on cycling, you might end up treating yourself to a pretty expensive kit. Jogging, all you need is a pait of sneaks, your water bottle, and an MP3 player.
