Question about Progress 1 Month, 2 Weeks ago Karma: 0  
Hi,
I just joined this forum and I am not sure if this is the right place to ask this but I will try anyway.
Ok I am on week 5, /phase 2, still eating at level 1, as i am trying for max. weight loss or at least looking to get thinner/smaller. I am discouraged because my clothes are not fitting any looser yet. I am eating right, working out hard, not skipping and I am just getting bummed out.
I did decide to switch to lean on phase 11, which this is my first week at but since phase 1 is supposed to be fat shredder, I am worried.
Any thoughts or encouragement? Should I try slim in 6?

Sounds like P90x, there is a whole section on p90x so post there if you haven't already.
