Hello,

The best thing to do is some light running for a few minutes to loosen up the muscles and then stretching.

Warm ups can include anything that would get your heart rate pumping a little bit faster than normal.

--walking fast
--light jogging
--butt kicks
--jumping jacks

nothing too vigorous otherwise you might sprain a muscle. Never stretch before warming up, you might pull a muscle.
