I'm not fit. I have never been. So I'm trying to. When I say fit I mean that get stronger and so people will notice my body more in a better way.

So I basically...I want to become a bodybuilder, and I don't know where to start. Yes I have goals but I don't know if those goals are adequete for my body and for the way I want to look.

So here are my goals

Huge chest

Large arms(all parts deltoid, tricep, bicep.)

Defined legs (all parts calves, hamstrings, quadriceps)

And of course abs.

Now heres my problem how long does this all take to get ? Yes i'm being a little abstract but I don't how fast muscle grows !!

Yes I realize that weight training is best solution and good aerobic excerisse for fat loss but what about cardiovascular excercises ???

Well to start off, getting a body builders form would not only take a lot of effort in working up a storm at the gym, it would take a tight diet as well. You want to be sure to eat as much protein and other nutrients that your body will be using when lifting weights, but at the same time you would also want to be sure you dont stuff yourself with junk food.

Weight training and cardio (areobic is included as a cardiovascular workout because it pumps your heart rate up) are both needed for a good, well-formed body. It's good to combine both of them in your daily workouts. When aiming to build a body builders form, it's best to hit the gym for 3 days a week and rest for the remaining days.

Since you're a beginner, you should workout one part of your body for a week (ahem, more like...for the three days in that week). You'd also want to use heavier weights with less reps.

It's pretty cool to google stuff like this, there's some awesome sites as well as some good books on workouts you should take a look at.
