Usually I saw some good dance like Salsa whereby the dancers are very active and follow to the beat. Another thing noticed is that the dancers usually haves slim figures. I just wondering any dancers here to share with us their experience and how much dancing actually help them to lose weight.

Hi there

I am not a dancer either but my sister gave me a workout DVD and it's called something like Crunch Fat Burner Dance Party or something like that.

I have tried it a few times and it is quite fun, they basically teach you a few dance moves and gradually add some new ones on and they do different types like Salsa, etc.

I'm not real co-ordinated so I'm sure I looked nothing like the girls on the DVD but it was fun and I did work up a sweat

Maybe you could have your time together dancing. If he will experience the goodness of dancing then he will surely realize its essence.Dancers are slim because every dance serves as their exercise.
