I just got the bodylastic bands...they are excellent! I highly recommend them. I've used a few other bands before, these are superior to just about any brand you'll find.

I'm also getting the ironmaster adjustable dumb bells. they are by far the best value and best quality I've seen. 2 Dumb bells, up to 75 lbs in EACH hand..plus you get a decent stand for $489 plus shipping. All the others in this poundage want close to $600 and most don't go above the weight you buy. If you buy the 90lbs....that's the most they will go up to. With Ironmaster...later on, you have the option to get an upgrade kit to make each dumb bell 120lbs in each hand. Select tech's don't even come close to these, in my opinion.

Well, If you go to Walmart and buy 10's, 35's and 60's you will spend about $210 plus an Ultimate WEGG set for 255 or so then you will have spent about $465, but you will be able to microload in 1.25 pound increments.

I bought Powerblocks used from 10-45lbs for $150. By far the best deal I've ever seen for adjustable dumbbells and I love them! IMHO, Powerblocks are the best, but I've never seen the ironmaster dumbbells before

check it out...ironmaster.com you can even buy a kettlebell and use the weights with that also. Ironmaster just seems to give you more possibilities with their products. They sell other products as well that you can use the adjustable weights on.

I have the Selectech and I love them. I have purchased bands for travel and various moves (such as the Cohen curls and flip wrist tricep).
