Well, after doing round 1 of P90X with great results (lost 24 lbs!), I decided to create an iphone app for tracking my progress since there wasn't one already out there.

Here is a link to it in the app store. If you mods find this inappropriate, I have no problem with you deleting it.

does it let you say whether you do an exercise assisted or unassistded, example being doing pull ups with a chair? Also, does it allow you to choose seperate weight/ sets if you change weight half way through a set?

You can enter notes for each exercise set, so you can enter whether you did them assisted or not. Sometimes I get wrist pain during pushups and I like to note when that happens.

As far as different weight during the SAME set, no, there is only one weight/reps entry per set. I guess you could put it in the notes box though.

It is not. Beachbody made me pull it down, claiming copyright infringement.

I plan on emailing them about working out a deal though. Luckily I get to use it still since I can build it direct to my iphone. I'm starting another round at the beginning of Jan.
