Losing weight is simply an activity. Lower your calories intake without starving. Remember to calculate your metabolism. The metabolism is a large part of your calories burned in an average day. To win the battle, know how many calories you consume in a day.

Great article. The only thing that I have a problem with is making my lunch the largest meal of the day. I am a HUGE foodie and love my evening meal with family around the table is an event of each day and something I look forward to. How do I get around this? A salad at night does not cut it...
