Fat is very difficult to loss for that we have to work hard to loss fatness.there are some tips for fat.
- Avoid lift walk more. - Wake up early and do meditation . - Regular exercise. - perfect food don't eat calorie,oily food that increase your fat. - Drink water at-least 15-20 glass daily. |

Make sure you listen to your body - your body will tell you when it is full, hungry, stressed, tired. Learn the signs and obey what your body is telling you.
Also find a hobby - take up knitting or painting to keep your hands and mind busy. |

Cardio does help, but I don't think it is necessary. Eating healthy and strength training will allow you to lose the fat.
If you are doing strength training, you will build muscle and the more muscle you have the faster you metabolism. There are ways to superset or do full body weightlifting circuits that will get you breathing heavy and have a cardio effect. I do not like cardio myself, but I do it to mix up my workouts. One trick I learned to get an effective cardio workout in approximately half the time is to do interval cardio training. An example of this would be doing windsprints (sprint then walk back and repeat immediately) or if you want to make it more intense, sprint then jog back or trying doing windsprints uphill. Do 10 of these to start and see how you feel the next day. By using this trick, I don't have to run for 45 minutes to get the same effect. And by the way, it doesn't have to be running, you can bike or use a cardio machine. Go all out for 30 seconds on the highest level of a stairmaster or elliptical (or any machine), then do 30 seconds at slow-moderate speed, then repeat. |

P90X has a cardio video which would count, but in general it would be closer to cross training because of all the different styles of exercise that you do.
Cardio is not necessary for fat loss, because fat is burned simply when you burn more calories than you ingest. Cardio is a tool you should use to increase overall calorie burn, but diet is MUCH more important than cardio. The best advice that you can get when it comes to weight loss is to take control of your nutrition. I tell my clients "If you bite it then you must write it!" Take this to heart and you will have much more success than focusing on cardio. One point about cardio to know is that interval training burns about the same amount of calories as regular cardio, BUT the after burn effect of interval training is much more substantial. That is one reason that the P90X program has been such an effective tool for so many people. Good luck! |
