This is for the 'doubters' of Yoga.
Week 1 I couldn't do anything in the first 40 minutes. Not even exaggerating. I dreaded it in week 2 because I knew how tough it was.

Finally week 3, I could probably do about 80% of the moves. I still can't stand on my hands or lay on my shoulders and put my legs straight up in the air. Don't think I'll ever be able to do that!

My point is to keep at it....tonight I actually kind of enjoyed it.

Here is a question to the Vets.... do you sweat a lot with Yoga? I didn't break out in a large sweat. And I know I was giving it my all, because you can only stretch so far.
So is it common to not get drenched with Yoga??

I don't sweat that much either. I wouldn't worry about it. Just keep pushing play. I completed a round and I still can't do all the exercises. Crane and warrior 3 with arms extended out front are still difficult.

first off, good job on warming up to yoga =) this was my experience too. as you do it more, you'll be able to do more of it. the more of it you can do, the more you'll enjoy it.

but, i sweat a lot in general. but after yoga, man, its like i need a whole new mat everytime i do it! haha....we'll just leave it at that.

Crane gets a lot easier once you've

A) Lost weight

Gained more upper body strength

C) Improved your balance

And P90X'll help you do all three. Keep at it and I'm sure you'll be able to do Crane.

Yoga just keeps getting better and better. I will not say easier though. I don't say easier because the better I get at it the farther I can go in a stretch and the harder I can work at it. I hated Yoga at first now I like it. O and I sweat like crazy during Yoga.
