Upper vs. Lower Abs 4 Months ago Karma: 0
I generally feel like ARX gives my upper abs a much bigger burn than my lower abs. I still have a thin layer of fat over them so I can't really see yet, but it feels like the upper part is bulking up a little more than the lower part. Does anyone else notice this?

Out of the ARX exercises, which ones focus on the upper abs and which ones work the lower abs? Anyone know any additional lower ab exercises I can use to supplement ARX?

scissors, hip rock and raise, and pulse up should all be for your lower abs. in fact, anything where you're lifting your legs, so almost all of the first portion (in&outs, bicycles, crunchy frog) should all target your lower abs as well.

make sure you bring it for anthing lifting your legs. my lower abs are a lot weaker than my upper abs, which is natural, but still... just like coco said, all those exercises target your lower abs, so make sure you show everyone "perfection my brotha" on those exercises...
