Workout times / Evening meals 6 Months, 1 Week ago

I'm about ot start P90X tomorow.......just wanted to know if anyone could recommend a suitable workout / evening meal plan.
I work all day therefore will be doing my workouts in the evening approx 6.30 - 8, should i eat my dinner before or after i work-out?
