The way it is set up is so it supports each body part so you dont over/under work that bodypart. Dont change the order you are suppose to do because i almost gareentee that will effect your results. Muscles need time to repair after strenuous workouts such as P90X. Your muscles get stronger because while exercising, you are basically utting microscopic tears in your muscle. The break you have between that body part being exercised is when the muscle is repairing itself and making it bigger/stronger. Your best bet is just do it as the program suggests and try your hardest.

There is no need to change the order or routine in the P90X guidebook. Remember that this routine is developed by professionals who really know what they're doing. Have faith in these guys and work hard. These guys obviously know what they're doing with the results people have been getting. Good luck!

Did you buy the entire package legitimately or did you buy pirated copies? If you actually shelled out the $100 for the program, the answer to your question is in the materials inculded with the program.

Ok, first of all, I'm glad Kevin or one of the other mods called you on your language and deleted that part of your reply. I'm sure that you were told there is no place for that kind of language here.
Second of all, 99.9% of the people who come here asking about the order of the workouts have bought copied dvd's and didn't actually buy the program, which irritates the hell out of those of us who did spend the money.
Thirdly, if you are IN IT TO WIN IT as you say, you would have taken the time to go through ALL of the materials included with your package...it's not there just to take up space. The answer to your question is found in the material. IMHO, if you are not willing to even sit down and read through the booklets and guides to figure out what exactly you are supposed to do, how are you going to put forth the effort to complete the program?
I don't want to say that you have wasted your time doing all 12 videos in order, but when you actually do sit down and read your booklets, you are going to realize that you need to start back at Day 1. I don't think anyone here is going to baby you and type in the workout schedule for you when you have it but can't be bothered to read through it.

My feelings are a bit stronger than to be hurt by the likes of you. I didn't rant at you, nor say anything derogatory as you did not once, but twice. Your attitude and behavior is not something that is tolerated here. Maybe you can get away with that stuff in other forums, but not here. If you can't act like a respectable ADULT and refrain from flaming, don't come back. Your prior post was reported to the mods, btw.
You asked a question, you were answered. You didn't like the answer, so your reaction was to flame me. I'm sorry, I have no tolerance for people who are too lazy to read the materials included in a package that they supposedly paid for. A mature response would have been, "I haven't had time to read through the materials yet, but will do that since the schedule is in there." Did you say anything like that? No, you got mad and defensive which leads me to believe that you didn't actually buy the program.
Whatever your deal is, take it someplace else.
