You can also do it with pull ups, just make sure your pull up bar can stand the weight.

...and remember, you can shorten the band and add more bands.

I've actually permanently tied bands to a set of power stands so that they are quickly available. When going through the workouts, you really don't have time to set up.

Using the bands is one way to utilize the equipment you have. Clever.

I don't have the bands. Pushups are based on % of body weight. So the higher the feet, the more weight you are pushing. The higher the feet go, the more the shoulder has to work, so another way of doing it is to get your legs horizontal and then widen your hand position. The wider the hand position, the more weight is focused on the chest. Always think incremental and keep going.

The other option is to do one-arm pushups, varying the height of the legs. But that is doubling the weight on the arm. Yikes!

It is all challenging.
