Leg workout 1 Year, 6 Months ago Karma: 0
Hello everyone-
I am on Month 2, week 1 and I am loving it but...There are so many workouts for the upper body and I am seeing improvement but there is only 1 leg routine. I feel like I am not seeing as much improvement in my lower body as I am in my upper body. Any suggestions or is this the case for others? I use to work out to Cathe Friedrich and could see major improvemnt but its just not happening now. Is it just too early yet? Thanks for your input.

From where did u got Cathie Fredrich video, Can u post the link. Her workouts are also good for beginers. I would suggest that for the one who can't do p90X routine.

I think Kempo, Plyometics and Yoga work the legs too, but maybe start holding weights while doing the leg workout.

Kenpo, plyo and yoga ALL work the legs in addition to the weight routine. My legs are on fire after doing plyo for an hour. You can work your legs in so many more ways than just the leg workout. I think that the legs are one of the easiest places to work because we use them everyday to walk, climb, push and pull. We use our upper bodies too, but not to the extent that we use our legs.

As my moniker suggests, legs aren't exactly my strong suit. That said I have seen very real changes in my calfs in the first 60 days and I definitely feel the burn on leg day. Wall squats? Hello! 1-leg wall squats? Sweet fancy Moses!!
