Don't worry about it. I'm in the final stage of P90X Lean and am completely ready for P90X + now. I'm going to try out Doubles first though, but anyhow...
My first month, I was quitting after 30 mins on every exercise program. I've had multiple injuries which I won't go into, but basically, I just couldn't handle it. The important thing is to stick with it. I tell you, there isn't one program I can't complete now, and while I was wheezing and dying the first month, now I'm actually wondering if there's MORE I can do.
If you can't do Dreya Rolls, just skip it for right now. As you get better and better, eventually you'll be able to do them. Just keep at it, and don't worry about how well you do, just that you keep trying.
If you can't do bow, that sounds like flexibility issues. You can skip this too and eventually, you'll be able to do them. There are other exercises that will eventually help your flexibility to where you can grab your ankles. If you're actually getting your hands close to your ankles though, I'd suggest wearing something that will help your grip. They sell these yoga straps you could use to wrap around your ankles to help pull yourself up. It's a waste of money though, cause you can just use a belt or an old towel, or something.
Again, don't worry about how long it takes, just worry about if you're trying hard enough. Good luck!
