Am I the only one who CANT touch the floor with my (clasped) hands during this ARX routine? I mean Im a good 3 to 4 inches from touching and if I go further it physically hurts. So I just twist the best I can and keep up with Tony's speed.

Just wondering what other experience with this is...

Where does it hurt when you twist? You may be sitting up too tall. Roll back so you are resting on your butt just below your tailbone, lean back and try that. If you still can't touch the floor, that's ok. I couldn't hit the floor when I started, but I can now. Just keep at it.

LOL. I thought it was just me. I can't reach the floor either and yes I am leaning back. I think we'll get closer to floor in time though.

are you doing it correctly? its about the equivalent of reaching in your left pocket with your right hand. In no way am I trying to be a jerk. Their are plenty of things I struggle with as well.
Try actually turning your whole upper body sightly when your "paddling". That may help

i couldnt hit the floor for the longest time either.

Jamin12, reaching your left pocket with your right hand is easy under normal circumstances, but after about 299 reps of abs, not as easy! =)

I'm having the same problem. Can't reach the floor. I also can't keep my balance. I just gotta work on it some more... I'm not worried. In time we'll get better
