Do you guys think it would be okay to sub in Insanity for KenpoX/YogaX? I'm not getting much out of these workouts, and everytime they come up, I usually end up not doing them or not getting a sweat. And the yoga videos take 1 and a half hours, while most of the Insanity DVD's I've glossed through only takes about ~45min.

Can anyone reccommened a good cardio Insanity DVD? I just ordered it, but was planning on using it after p90x. I'm looking for something that doesn't require a lot of 'heavy jumping' since I live in an apt. Something with a moderate amount of 'heavy jumping' like plyoX is okay.

Is this your first round of P90X? My recommendation to anyone going through the program for the first time is to stick to the program. There are reasons why Kenpo X and Yoga X are in the program.

Kenpo X is not meant to be a strenuous workout. It is more of a cardio recovery workout, which also stretches the muscles in your legs. Plus, most people typically find that workout fun.

Yoga X is a critical part of P90X. Search these forums (and sticky posts above) and you'll find threads upon threads of yoga discussion. You need flexibility training with P90X.

With all of that said, yes there are many routines in Insanity that you could use to replace Kenpo. Because Kenpo is meant to be a cardio recovery program I would go with Insanity Pure Cardio or the like. Not strenuous on your muscles but a beast of a cardio program.

As for yoga, stick with Yoga X. If you really can't then you can look into one of the three P90X One on One yoga videos that are all shorter than Yoga X. But trust me, don't scrap your flexibility training.

if you're not sweating in the first 45 min of Yoga X, you're not doing it right.

I have no idea how you could not be getting anything out of Yoga X. For me it is easily the toughest workout. When I get done I'm in a full sweat and my body is worn out. A couple friends who do the program agree. Are you sure you are following the moves as closely as you possibly can? The workout isn't the only part of Yoga either. The stretch is great as well, even for someone as inflexible as I am.
