Does anyone have any experience attempting doubles every day? I have been doing the classic version, on phase 2. I am feeling good and want to do more cardio to burn some extra fat.

I started doubles this week, CardioX in the morning around 6:00am every other day, then the normal routine around 5:30pm. So far it has not taken anything out of my efforts later in the day. CardioX doesn't seem very high impact and there is not a lot of stress on the muscles, so I imagine 6 days a week may be doable.

It really helps jumpstart my morning, just wanted to see if anyone else has tried this and what their results were or if they got burnt out?

I would try it and see how you feel. Since you are breaking up the workouts (am and pm), you may feel fine. If any of your other workouts are suffering, drop the extra cardio on the day that you are having problems (maybe on plyo day).

I personally have not tried it though, maybe someone with experience will have additional comments.

If I had the time I would do it every other day. On the weekends I try to get it in a double at least once. Any day off I have I always try to fit it in in the morning. It really gets the blood flowing as well as loosen up my back. I agree it is not as intense as Plyo but it is a good workout none the less. As for doing it everyday what ever floats your boat. I think though that an every other day would be quite enough for me. Resting is just as important as working out.
