can I replace abs ripper x with abs ripper 200? 11 months, 2 weeks ago #80633

I recently come back with P90x. I could do the Abs ripper x very effectively, however I can finish the abs ripper 200. So should I do abs 200 for a couple weeks and then move to abs X?

Most people can only do about 10-15 reps max per exercise in Ab Ripper X. That' over 200 reps which is more than you'll get in Ab Ripper 200. Try Ab Ripper X again and see if you can do 10-15 reps. If you can stick with it. If not, switch to 200.
