I've done the abripper workout a few times now. I've been doing it before the workout for that day so I have the energy. My goal at this point is to do at least 10 of each exercise, which I've done and I'm working my way up. My question is on the mason twist. I can balance on my butt and swing my knuckle back and forth, but I can't come anywhere near touching them on the ground. I tried it with my feet on the floor and still had a tough time touching my clasped hands to the floor. Am I doing something wrong? Or do I must need to keep doing them, twisting as far as I can, and hope it get to touch the floor eventually?

It takes a little bit of flexibility to do the mason twist correctly. Stick with it and it'll get easier.

Are you leaning back? Your back and thighs should be making a "V" shape (bend your knees.) Go as far as you can. If you go slow enough you will feel a bit of a stretch, That's a good thing.
