I started Chalean Extreme back in August and loved it! I finished the Burn phase faithfully and then in the Push phase have had to travel off and on which has thrown me for a loop. I have been working out consistently since April. I am now wondering since I have missed 2 weeks of the push phase(the first two weeks) if I should start the whole program over with Burn, or start Push again. I want to get going again Monday. I have an 18 month old daughter who is precious but makes working out a bit tricky. I want to get this planned out so I know what to expect.
