I got the box in the mail yesterday and wanted to wait to start on Monday but can't wait. i did the fit test last night, bought more weights and went to the grocery store. I feel prepared and can't wait to tone up, i will keep posting along the way because reading other people's posts help to keep me motivated!

I'm so excited for you! I will be starting again this Monday. I will be a few days behind but it will be nice to have someone on here to talk about it with - that's doing it with me.

I started today I normally don't work out in the mornings on Wednesday and Thursday because i have an early drop off ( I am a daycare owner) But today I decided to start an hour earlier to ensure that I would work out. The work out is not long but as long as you are using the correct weight you get a great work out. The diet that they give in the work book is similar to what I do now so I was happy about that. Looking forward to everyday can't wait to be in better shape!

Today is the last day of my first Week before a day off. I Love these dvd's they are great! Jacob has entered a fitness challenge at work and has been diligently doing P90X everyday, I have joined in on a few workouts this week and i have to say P90X has some very creative workouts. We both took before pictures and measurements, I think that I will do P90X in January before the wedding and after Chalean Extreme. I had my blood analysed at a health food store and bought some additional supplements to help with my bodies digestions. I am so happy I bought these programs, I will keep you all posted but so far so good
