Trust me, you won't look anything like the video until you've done it a few times. You don't look like them most likely until near the end of the 90 days. Even then you still won't be able to perfectly do it. Tony's been doing Yoga for years and most of the others are some kind of dancers or crazy bendy flexy people.
I would make sure to use the yoga blocks whenever needed, bend your knees a little if you have to and just make sure you're doing your best. It'll also help if you make sure to do Stretch X on your rest day instead of just resting. |

Hey Bang ON My friend............I did my very very first Yoga session just 1.5 hours ago..............I am known by personal people as the most inflexible out there, i walk stiff, and cant get anywhere near my toes for sure.............I worked through the entire session and completed the poses to the best of my awkwardness.....hahahahaha,but the real magic is infront of both you and I.........dont stop, dont give up, do the best you can, and then in many weeks forward, you are there, doing a much better job.........this is the focus of this program, do your best,I bet you did more than 10%,,,,,,,you probably could do 80% of the poses, but JUST like ME, you could only execute the flexibility and stretch to a very limited range of motion and not for very long.....GOOD, we will only get better.
