I do not have the mind set to do yoga i want to but I am not flexible and cant do 90 percent of the moves i am going to try again but i am discouraged right now if i cant do it what would be a good workout to replace it with??

DO YOGA. NEVER STOP DOING YOGA. THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE.

I agree with messplaypc. at least on the there is no substitute. If you are not doing yoga X you are not doing P90X. I cant stand Yoga-X but bite the bullet and do it.
From this and your other post maybe you should consider a different workout altogether like Power 90. Maybe more your speed. |

I agree stick with it. I know it sucks but it will get better. I had the same problem when I started I just couldnt get with it, finally I just pushed myself into doing it. Yoga X is now one of my favorite workouts.

I HATE Legs & Back, but I still do it every week.
The only thing you could replace it with is an easier yoga video. |

Hey there, I would advise you keep attempting the Yogax . I had a TERRIBLE time at first with it. I just sat on the floor and watched them and thought, no way never can I do this. About into my 3rd week, I started getting stronger and each time I did Yoga it started becoming better for me.
I did go out and bought a easy version of beginners yoga, but decided, nope...I am sticking with the Yoga X. There is nothing, in my opinion that will replace it. Just keep trying each move each week and you will get better as your strength grows. I have a love/hate relationship with yoga, but the hate part is usually during the time I am doing it, once I am done, I am amazed at how well i improve each week, and love how I feel afterwards.
