Uhh, those are all p90x plus workouts, you know that right? Did you order the wrong set? p90x plus is ridiculous, a lot of people just stick to p90x, and never graduate to plus.

No I ordered the p90x but this was in the guide. I thought maybe after I posted that those may be for plus. Thanks for getting back to me.I heard that plus was crazy.

It just sounds like you got the guide for P90X+ but have the DVD's for P90X. I have heard of that before from people who didn't get it from www.Beachbody.com

I don't know if we are supposed to flat out tell you which dvd's in which order, but I am pretty sure Lean never does: Chest & Back and Plyometrics.

You might be able to find a guide somewhere as to which to do when, but I am not certain. If you can't find one, just think of which muscle groups each video is doing and altnerate them everyday. As in, if you just did arms, don't do another arms video the next day.

Hi
I actually got the set from an Ebay seller. It did not come with guides or calendars.I did make sure this was a legit set and not a copy. I'm just going to follow the worksheet I downloaded from beachbody.com and start slow.I lost 32 pounds and have kept it off for over a year but I dont feel very well and I'm not toned.I think my body fat could be high as well.I bought it so that I could tone up,gain some upper body strength and take off some inches.
