So the thing is im leaving to NY in october and i will not be able to take my p90x kit for different reasons, so i wont be able to train with the p90x routine for about 10 days. What can i do in order to not waste my time and at least not loose the trainig i have done? cause p90x must be done every day and i wont be able to do it for 10 days! any suggestions on what type of trainig to do while i stop p90x for 10 days?

Can you take your journal? You should have everything written down and you can just do your push ups and everything in the hotel room. Pull ups will be hard to do if there isn't a fitness room with a bar, but you should have plenty of ideas from the videos of things that could keep you going for 10 days. Heck - just pick your favorite moves and get after it for 45 minutes each night. Who knows, maybe you'll confuse your muscles even more.
Have a good trip - Big Papa |

Les - Can you point me to, or have someone create a spot to describe how to get the DVDs to an iPod or other such device. I simply cannot figure it out.
