I have it and used it once when traveling. It's nice to be able to get a total body workout in a hotel room with just a band.
Very P90X-like and a great workout! The whole series is very raw compared to the polished videos we're all used to. But don't let that stand in the way, because they're great workouts! The only drawback I see is that we P90X folks are used to doing something on a program. If you're willing to go outside your comfort zone a bit, they're very nice!! You're right...not enough detail to explain the product! Kevin |

It's one of three current DVDs that represents Tony Horton's latest project, One On One. Each month he and his producer/videographer do a workout in Tony's home, and convert it to DVD. Individuals purchase the DVDs as they come out. Right now, it's a DVD Of The Month sort of thing, but it looks like there are plans for several more...a DVD storage jacket capable of holding 12 DVDs comes with the purchase of a subscription. I just received the third DVD this week and haven't had a chance to check it out. It's called "Killer Abs". Yeah, just when I thought working abs couldn't get any harder!
As best as I can tell, it isn't currently possible to buy just one of the DVDs in the series. You must purchase the plan. So far, so good, but I haven't really put the others to work other than the Road Warrior DVD. My plan for the long run is to work in the new DVDs in the place of the current videos. For example, I'll insert "Plyo Legs" in place of the Plyometrics DVD. Since I'm still working on my first run through P90X Plus, it'll be a month or so before I bring them on board. If anyone is interested, I can keep you all updated and I'd be interested in hearing about how others are using them as well. Sparta bound!! You may be able to just buy one disk and I'm not aware of how to do it.
The Road Warrior DVD is a total body workout. You do many of the P90X style things, such as squats, curls, tricep extensions, etc. Also, there are several push-up variations Tony takes you through. If you imagine a fusion of an ab/chest/back/leg workout, you'll get a good idea of the Road Warrior workout. Very complete!! Kevin |
