I love the way he jokes around. he's trying to keep everything fun, and the jokes are almost perfectly timed to when it starts to get repetitive or frustrating. I had a symphony conductor much the same way. Drilling over the same part for improvement, he would makes jokes at just the right time to keep everyone in a good mood and motivated to come back the next rehearsal. It's the sign of someone who knows how to motivate people and keep them wanting to come back to work harder.

I personally like what he says in one of the plyo workouts when your doing lateral jump squats when he tells you how to modify if your tired and "put your hands on your knees but dont go smoking a cigarette or anything like that" his humor makes the monotany tolerable, i am only ond day 8 but am really happy with the decision ive made.
